This Privacy and Data Processing Policy reflects our e3 Group global privacy and standards as of the effective date of 8 July 2018. This notice applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our customers, employees, business partners and website visitors.

If you apply to work at e3, we process the personal information you sent us such as your application, professional experience, education and trainings, contact details, nationality, marital status or any other information that figures on your curriculum vitae. The basis for processing is the consent you implicitly gave us by applying.
If you are an e3 employee, we process the above mentioned personal data and, in addition, all elements related to your salary, benefits, social insurances, identity card or passport, photography, bank details, your assigned goals, trainings completed, any performance improvement plan, any disciplinary actions take, systems accounts and logs, private and business phone numbers. The basis for processing is the performance of the contract we have with you.
If your employment with e3 ends, we process personal information to offboard you, including deactivation of your access to our systems, fulfilling our financial, benefits and related obligations with respect to legal requirements in the related country.
How long we keep your personal data.
Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
